Got a large. I weigh 170, 5ft 8in tall. 47in chest, 20in shoulders and 16in biceps. This shirt is just snug enough on the biceps to hold the sleeve up. But a little tight on the lats if you flex so, I just leave the second button undone for more room and a studly appearance. Well made, spare button and nice material.
